These terms form a legal agreement between you (the customer) and Engineering Support UK ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using PPM Maintenance Tracker you agree to these terms.
1. The license
What you get
One perpetual license to install and run PPM Maintenance Tracker on one Windows machine. Up to 10 simultaneous users may access the software over your local area network (LAN) from that machine. No internet connection is required to run the software after installation.
What you don't get
- The right to install on more than one machine without purchasing additional licenses.
- The right to resell, sublicense, or distribute the software.
- Access to the source code.
Free trial
The software includes a 14-day free trial that begins on first launch. No purchase is required to run the trial. After 14 days the software enters a grace period, then locks until a valid license key is entered.
2. Payment and pricing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and remits applicable VAT and sales tax on our behalf. The price shown at checkout is the final price — there are no recurring charges.
3. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days and we will issue a full refund via Paddle. No questions asked.
Refunds are not available after 14 days except where required by applicable consumer law.
4. Updates and support
Your license entitles you to all updates to the version line you purchased (e.g. all v1.x releases if you bought v1.0). Major version upgrades (e.g. v1 → v2) may require a new license purchase. We do not guarantee any specific support response time, but we aim to respond to all emails within 2 business days.
5. Data and privacy
All maintenance data you enter into PPM Maintenance Tracker is stored locally on your machine. We have no access to it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
PPM Maintenance Tracker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the software is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engineering Support UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website. Your continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
