We want you to be confident in your purchase of PPM Maintenance Tracker. This policy explains when you're entitled to a refund and how to request one.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason, no questions asked. This matches the minimum withdrawal right Paddle provides to all buyers under its Buyer Terms.
Because Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, refunds are issued by Paddle, not by us directly, back to your original payment method. We'll confirm your refund request and pass it to Paddle for processing; Paddle's standard processing time applies, typically a few business days depending on your bank or card provider.
You can request a refund either of these ways:
Outside the 14-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — for example, if the Software has a defect we're unable to fix within a reasonable time. Contact [email protected] to discuss your situation. This policy doesn't affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that can't be excluded by agreement.
Once a refund is issued, your license is deactivated and the Software returns to trial-only functionality (or stops working, if your trial period has already been used). Your own data — zones, tasks, completion history, and similar records — remains on your own machine or server and is entirely unaffected by a refund; we don't have access to it and can't delete or restore it remotely.
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved faster through a direct refund than through your bank. Raising a chargeback without first giving us or Paddle a chance to resolve the issue can delay things unnecessarily and may affect your ability to use the Software while the dispute is investigated.
