- Multiple sites, or more than 10 users? Buy one license per site or machine — email [email protected] and we'll get you set up.
- Updates. Your license includes 1 year of updates from your purchase date. After that, your installed version keeps working — forever, no expiry, nothing stops. Want the newest features after year 1? Renew updates for £149/year — completely optional.

What is PPM Maintenance Tracker?
It's a CMMS — short for computerized maintenance management system — software for logging work orders, tracking equipment, and scheduling preventive maintenance, built for small maintenance teams.
How many people can use one license?
Up to 10 users, all connecting to one Windows installation over your local network. There are no per-seat fees — the license covers the team, not individual logins.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
The trial includes full functionality. After 14 days you'll need a license key to keep using the app — your trial data isn't deleted, just locked until you activate.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Work orders, equipment records, and everything else run locally on your machine. A one-time check is required to activate your license, but day-to-day use works fully offline.
Can I move my license to a new computer?
Yes — email [email protected] and we'll transfer the activation for you.
Who do I pay, and is it secure?
Checkout is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record — they process the payment, issue your receipt, and handle VAT/sales tax for your region. We never see or store your card details.
What's your refund policy?
A full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Is there a Docker or self-hosted version I can buy?
Not currently. The Docker/web version powers our live demo, but the Windows license above is the only product for sale right now.
